Pelvic Tilt

To perform this exercise activity, you have to lay your back down the floor with your feet grounded on the floor and your knees folded. Try to expand your abs muscles as you breathe in. As you exhale, raise the tailbone that is connected to your navel. Massage your butts gently as you rest your hips on the floor. Perform this task for about 8 to 10 times.
